 When a urine drug test returns a positive result the donor has the right to request in writing to the MRO to have the split portion of their specimen tested (if available) within 72 hours of being notified by the MRO of the positive result. 

 If you or one of your drivers tests positive for drug or alcohol one of our RTD specialists will manage the return to duty program as set by your SAP and make sure all follow up tests are done as ordered and reported to the FMCSA Clearinghouse. This covers a one year plan, any additional years on the follow up plan will be billed at $69.00 a year.
